Start a Positive Ripple Effect this Holiday Season!

Momentum is everything.

At Back on My Feet, we know the power of togetherness creates real and lasting change. That’s why our volunteers are central to our members’ success and the shared impact we have on how our communities support each other.

As a volunteer, you’ll be empowering people living in homeless shelters or addiction facilities to take back control of their lives.

Through fitness, personal development, and shared experiences, you’ll help our members gain confidence, skills, and employment opportunities.

Together, we’re a movement for change.

Your Involvement

Back on My Feet creates real impact. With the support of our volunteers, we’ve helped thousands of people gain sustainable employment across the U.S. From physical workouts to financial and employment workshops, our volunteers and staff help our members rediscover self-esteem as they tackle the barriers that have held them back. New skills, essential resources, and positive opportunities create new paths for moving forward.

As our members move through their individual journeys, our volunteers are there every step of the way providing encouragement, career mentoring, professional development and skill building workshops, in addition to referrals to education and employment opportunities.

There are so many ways to volunteer with us. Discover what works for you, and make moves that matter today.
